STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
The Cape May Fitness Center offers kids fitness programs throughout the year! Our youth programs are open to kids entering into the grades of Pre-K thru 5th grades. The program consists of fundamentals and foundational movements that will target speed, flexibility, balance, core strength, explosiveness and form running. Every class ends with fun conditioning games like dodgeball, shirt tag, soccer, ultimate football, etc...
