Cape May Fitness believes in helping people reach their potentials. We believe that fitness and health creates opportunities and aides in mental health. It promotes awareness and the mental capacity to deal with life's obstacles. Therefore, everything we do relates to the general goal of being the very best community member and most of all, helping others in all areas of life! 

Depending on your needs, CMFC has something for you that will help you reach your full potential and goals. Unlike most fitness centers, CMFC doesn't just sign you up and let you go on your way to self destruction. We have programs that come with tracking to guarntee progress and future success. 

CMFC also offers Nutrition programs customized toward your goals and physical and physiological appearances and abilities. Our plans are carefully designed by licensed nutritionists/dietitions because we believe in credibility and recognize that we are not created eaqual.

Mike's Bio

Mike has over 25 years of experienc in training. He started like most kids, bodybuilding and powerlifting. Mike played 3 sports in high school and continued his career in sports by joining the Towson Tigers Football Team as a Fullback and served as the teams Long Snapper all 4 years. Mike began his coaching career immediatley after college and has been training athltetes since 2001. Mike is certified in the following areas in the fitness industry:
