Sports Performance Coach
Matt began his coaching career with CMFC in 2016 while finishing his last year of high school. While at Lower Cape May Regional H.S. Matt played football for all 4 years. Matt trained under CMFC Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mike Wilson for 3 years prior to becoming certified as a Sports Performance and Weightlifting Coach. Matt also holds a certificate in Nutrition. Matt has overcome many obstacles early in his life and when it comes to real life problems, Matt knows exactly how to buckle down and get things done. Matt has dropped an amazing 60lbs in less than a years time through devoted training and nutrition practices that are now a part of his current lifestyle.
