It is not a strange adage when they day that ‘health is wealth’ but most people are oblivious to the fact that health is a determinant factor to the lifestyle we present out there. Some see it a tedious task to rotate round the daily routine of fitness mantra and thus endanger their health which ultimately leads to a regretful end.
Your health is as important as every other aspect of your life and it is expected to be shown due care for one’s longevity. You can achieve this by maintaining the following healthy tips:

Daily Exercise Routine: Exercise helps to improve our heart health and mental health. Exercise varies from endurance to strength, balance and flexibility. Experts recommended at least 150 minutes per week of moderate aerobic exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic exercise or a combination of the two which can be made feasible by exercising for 30 minutes per day, five days per week. Trying out different kinds of exercise / activities will help keep your body and mind in check.

Reduce Your Craves For Junk Foods: I know we all salivate when we think of junks, but sweet things kills just as it tastes. Reducing or alternatively quitting the craves for junk foods can help in ways you hardly imagine. Yes, it’s hard to even think about stopping it but it’s achievable. Instead of junks, try low – calorie foods (fruits and vegetables), foods high in fiber, whole – grain foods and say no to unhealthy fats!

Drink Water: The body needs to be hydrated but too much intake of water can be harmful. Experts recommended that males should consume 15. 5 cups (3.7 liters) of water daily and females 11.5 cups (2.7 liters). Our intake of water should be proportional to our weight measurement therefore it should be noted that water intake is an individualized number. It is pertinent to understand the benefits of water intake for a healthy living and adhere to it.

Laugh Does It: We know of the popular saying that ‘laughter is the best medicine’. The body releases endorphins (a type of ‘feel good’ brain chemical) during pleasurable activities and they help to relieve stress. Therefore it is crucial to always be in a happy mood for a longer stay on the planet, lol! Don’t forget, a smile does it all!
